Jessica is a native of Eastern North Carolina and an avid outdoor enthusiast which gives her unique perspective and knowledge of both local land and waterways in the area. She has been involved in the real estate field since 2001, with extensive experience as a Real Estate Law Paralegal and Title Insurance Underwriter.

I had the great pleasure of working with Jessica when as I call it, she was 'pawned off to me' by a realtor who was too busy to care or even meet me yet I was buying one of his properties and he came referred to me by my brother as a realtor. Still to this date never met the guy. Sad. But it all turned out to be a HUGE BLESSING in disguise as Jessica was always there ready to help me. I just wrote the listing agent off and she became my realtor and go to person for everything. Had it not been for Jessica and her desire to want to help and be there for 'me' I would have walked away from the whole thing. Seriously. I was that upset with how that other realtor treated me. So Jessica saved the whole deal and me and I am now in a great house because of HER. (I was so happy to learn she had moved onto another real estate company after I closed on my house. She deserved better and a company who could appreciate all she brings to the table.) Jessica excels in knowledge and customer service. And knows the ins and outs of the area. I was new to NC having just moved from FL. Jessica was always there for questions and answers and if she didn't know she was honest about it and quickly found out the information (vs making stuff up) and that speaks to her chatacter. Her responses were very timely whether by phone, text or email throughout my process of looking and buying a home. She even knew all the needed players to help make the home buying process smooth example a surveyor, or how to get an elevation certificate for insurance, and more. Jessica helped us find and ultimately purchase a home in Oriental, NC while we were still living in Arizona. We looked at a number of houses on Zillow and contacted Jessica with questions on those that interested us. When we found the home that we ultimately purchased, Jessica searched out the answers to a hundred questions, followed up with inspections & reports and substituted for us in every way possible. This process was extremely easy to go through, simply because we had Jessica on our side to keep up with the myriad details that came up. We didn't even SEE the house until the day before closing, but knew as much as you can beforehand through questions and extra photos. We would highly recommend Jessica if you have a home to sell or to purchase.

Jessica is the all round best agent I have worked with. I have purchased and sold real estate in Washington, D.c., Pennsylvania and North Carolina and I have never been impressed my any other agent the way I am impressed by her. She is personable, honest, and does what she promises to do in a timely manner. She worked hard for us both in the search and the settlement process when we were buying a condo.
