I have no idea if everyone at Coldwell Banker is awesome, but Billie Gaskins most certainly is. I've now worked with her as a seller and a buyer. I don't mean to be rude, but until meeting Billie, all of my interactions with real estate agents were a nightmare. Of course, I have no idea if it's just Coldwell Banker hires quality agents or if Billie is just that awesome. I can't say enough about her. She's very responsive. She's great as a liaison. She's just on top of things, so if you need a real estate agent in New Bern, North Carolina, pick her!

Billie is top of the top. She was recommended to us by a close friend a year and a half ago when we were looking to purchase a home and she made that experience enjoyable, fun, and instilled the confidence we needed at the time. Fast forward a year and a half and we’re selling the home she helped us buy- so we asked if she could help us again. She made the whole process smooth, delightful, and educating.
