Drake Bratton is the Broker-in-Charge and part of the ownership of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in New Bern. Born and raised in New Bern, Drake began working as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker more than twenty years ago following his graduation from North Carolina State University (Go Pack!). Drake really enjoys everything about living in Coastal North Carolina - he is an avid boater (power and sail). Drake and his wife are raising their two boys to appreciate the water and mild climate that allows numerous year round outdoor activities. Drake knows the water, our historic districts and neighborhoods, and the golf communities very well.
