Dottie is a thoughtful, diligent, compassionate professional. She knows her craft and clearly knows her market and in invested in the area. We had our home listed FSBO but in the end, it’s best to leave it to the pros. We are glad we did, we sold our home faster and at market price. Could we have saved a couple thousand? Sure, maybe, who knows; but that would have cost valuable time, aggravation and energy. Plus, we would have never got to work with Dottie and when we buy in the area or recommend friends to the area we know who to call. True professional sales people are worth investing in, this is why we chose Dottie. It was well worth listing with Dottie and we would recommend her highly! No hesitation.

Dottie is the most incredible real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the initial consultation, to working through settlement, she is with you every step of the way and has the experience and training to answer any and all questions. Dottie was our agent when we bought land in Oriental. When we sold the land and is our agent as we search for a new home in Oriental. Dottie was wonderful to work with. We were selling my mom‘s house after my dad passed away and after we had moved my mom. Dottie was our person on the ground and she took care of everything because we were out of state.
