Cindy Nice has been in the real estate business all her life. Cindy's father was a well known and respected builder and developer in the Tidewater Virginia area. Her passion for real estate started in the early childhood years when she accompanied her father on his job sites.
She attended Christopher Newport University and received a BS degree in Information Science. With a degree under her belt, she went to work for Nice Brothers, Inc. (her father's company). It was there where she learned the ins and outs of residential construction and the land development business.
In 1992, Cindy formed a residential construction company with her brother. After building and selling hundreds of her own homes, Cindy got her real estate license in January of 2010 . As a realtor, helping buyers and sellers, Cindy's passion for real estate is stronger than ever.

We have had Cindy as our agent twice. She was our agent when we bought our house in New Bern 7 years ago and we were living on the west coast. She took care of connecting us with the local businesses that we needed to engage with to move the buying processes forward. After the sale was completed we were only able to come to New Bern about 2 months later, but Cindy kept coming by the property to make sure everything was ok. When we put our house up for sale in New Bern we contacted Cindy and she again helped us through the process. The sale went very quickly ! During the closing process we needed to be out of town. A strong storm was headed towards New Bern and Cindy contacted us to see if there was anything around the house that needed to be secured. Cindy is very thoughtful and her years of professionalism ensured that we as both buyers and sellers had the best experience, advice and guidance !
