I was extremely pleased with Steve Little as my Realtor. From the first time he came to my house and then meeting at his office, he was very personal and knowledgeable about selling my house. There was a lot of paperwork to go through for me to sign or initial and he explained every thing thoroughly. After receiving my pre inspection report of 40 pages I told him I felt overwhelmed. We went through each item and he advised me of who to contact for each repair. He contacted some himself and he sent the repairs to each contractor with my approval. We started with a high selling price and adjusted it with the feedback from the realtors that showed my house. We got an offer and negotiated the price with the potential buyer and agreed on the selling price. The buyer to say the least was not easy to deal with. He had his own opinion on what needed to be repaired. Steve and I met with Drake to discuss what we would repair and those we weren’t. The buyer agreed to our proposal. Steve was with me every step of the way. I don’t plan to buy or sell again but if I do I would want Steve to be my realtor and would recommend him highly to any of my friends. Thank you Steve!!
