Kimberly Wynn was a God send. One of the first things she told us when we met is that she would be with us throughout the entire process. This was true. She was personal and was in constant communication with us keeping us informed with what was going on in every aspect. She was honest and professional. Her local knowledge and expertise were impressive. If she didnāt know the answer, she would find out and respond in a timely matter whether it was in our favor or not. Even when she and her husband was on vacation, she continued to communicate with us and asked us to call her if we had any questions. Mrs. Wynn made us feel like we were her priority. Mrs. Wynn is knowledgeable of her profession. We always knew what was going on. We found Mrs. Wynn to be down to earth and with her southern accent, she was funny at times. I live out of state and was selling my parents house in New Bern and I honestly couldn't have done it without Kimberly's assistance. Kimberly went above and beyond what I was expecting from my real estate agent, she arranged a handyman and managed the access to the house that they were going to need and even found a mover and a storage facility for a few things that we left behind. My sister and I were challenged with the task of selling our elder motherās home as she move to an assisted living facility.
