What's not to love at this 33 acre OCEANFRONT resort which has it all. 6 POOLS, 5 HOT TUBS, A LAZY RIVER, Oceanfront Bar/grille, Snack bars, Tennis and Pickle ball courts, Rooftop decks, Picnic Areas & BBQ grills, Children's playground & swings, Basketball court, Volleyball Court, Corn hole bags game, Horseshoe pit, Mini practice putting green, Chess game, Bocce court and Fitness center! There is so much to do there is no time for boredom on your or your guests vacation. Kids love it. There are also ponds on the grounds which often have Turtles, Swans and Ducks. The resort is beautifully landscaped and has a large stretch of oceanfront beach. Beach chair service and Lifeguard service in the summer months. The swimming pools include outdoor pools and indoors pools along with some of the hot tubs are indoors and some outdoors. One of the best places to catch the sunrises and sunsets is on the rooftop decks. You’ll be amazed. Another favorite area is the wooden swings by the oceanfront pool. Sit and relax and watch the waves and the swimmers. A typical day could include watching the sunrise, a pickleball game, relax in the lazy river, grab a snack at the snack bar then head to the beach. As evening comes spend the night at the oceanfront grille listening to the music and sometimes karaoke. Repeat next day ! The condo is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath fully furnished condo. You can see the ocean from the balcony and you can see the ocean from the dining room area. The owner has been very successful in renting to repeat guests every year. It’s a bittersweet time for current owner as they have loved every minute of owning this wonderful condo but it’s time for another family to make beach memories.
